About the author

Brij Mohan Bansal after earning his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, joined a large paper mill as a management trainee. After a year he shifted to one of the major refining and marketing companies of India and climbed the ladder over the next 36 years to retire as a chairman.
