About the author










Assaf Moghadam is the Dean of the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at Reichman University. He holds fellowships at the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point and the Center on National Security at Fordham Law School.
Vladimir Rauta is a lecturer in politics and international relations with the School of Politics, Economics, and International Relations at the University of Reading, United Kingdom.
Michel Wyss is a scientific assistant at the Military Academy at ETH Zurich and a doctoral candidate at Leiden University. He also serves as a specialist officer in the Swiss Armed Forces.
