It is not enough to make declarations of intent; the international community expects commitments to be translated into action. Whether it is peacekeeping, climate protection or the fight against poverty, action must be effective and sustainable. Otherwise, the credibility of a country or institution in cooperation is quickly undermined.

He has held senior management positions in multinational corporations and worked as a consultant and coach for mid-sized enterprises, focusing on international management, marketing, and human resources. He has served on the boards of various companies in Germany and Switzerland and held leadership roles in corporate certification organizations.
Matuszek is a board member of the Swiss foundation "Globility-Circle" and a guest lecturer at several universities and business schools. In addition to his academic and corporate achievements, he pursued a parallel career in athletics, serving as President of the Austrian Taekwondo Federation. He has also led innovative collaborations at the intersection of high-performance diagnostics, business, and sport.
