Education is an art that polishes dreams. I fell in love with education when I realised that through it people become empowered and seek to be more. Learning takes place in pairs. A fertile ground for discovery! In this learning process, the elderly also seek to make use of new technologies and enter into new cultural practices. In this way, the elderly re-signify their lives, becoming part of this environment and increasing their quality of life.

About the author

She has a degree in Pedagogy from the University of the Campanha Region (2009) and a master's degree in the Postgraduate Programme in Education (PPGEDU) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2013). Her research focuses on digital inclusion for the elderly and educational research.
