About the author










Rita Berger is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Barcelona (Spain), specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She teaches at the undergraduate and master's levels, focusing on work- and organizational psychology. Her research and publications primarily revolve around European-funded projects covering topics such as workplace health and stress, digitalization, intercultural leadership, work-life flow, and teams. Rita Berger is also a member of several editorial boards of renowned academic journals.

C.-Andreas Dalluege is the Founder and Managing Partner of IBK Group (Germany) and serves as the Chairman of the European Business Excellence Network e.V. He is a National Council Member of the Irish Work-Study Institute and holds certifications as an Advisor and Trainer for EFQM. He also works as an Operating Partner and Trainer for the Initiative Ludwig-Erhard-Preis (ILEP). Since 1990, he has been a senior researcher for his organization, contributing to over 35 EU projects and representing his company on the Management Board in all of them.
