About the author

Kun Fang has been engaged in the engineering and research of overseas oil and gas field surface facilities for over a decade. He led large-scale projects and solved significant technological problems and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). As the chief technical leader, he has successfully completed the engineering of an oilfield with an annual production capacity of 20 million tons, a gasfield with an annual production capacity of 5 billion cubic meters. He has led and participated in nine large engineering projects. He has formulated 9 standards, authored 3 books, and obtained 29 patents (including 1 PCT patent). He has published more than ten core papers in both Chinese and English. He has received over 30 awards at the provincial and ministerial level and above, including 1 National Quality Engineering Gold Award, 1 Luban Award, 9 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards, and 8 provincial and ministerial level first prizes in engineering.
