This study presents the development of Strategic Human Resources Planning in an organisation, as a way of measuring its performance in the current market and its prospects, as well as contributing to the achievement of organisational objectives. To provide greater support for the research, the content includes the company's organisational structure and profile, as well as the management style, organisational climate and culture, the organisation's people management practices, as well as an analysis of the macro-environment and micro-environment according to the company's performance. The research addresses the implementation of human resources strategies: the Balanced Scorecard as a management tool, which defines the existential factors present in the company, performance indicators, strategically focussed on the perspectives of finance, customers, internal processes and growth. It also considers the importance that this subject can produce and add knowledge to the reader in order to guide them to delve deeper into the subject with the aim of presenting new elements that contribute to the development of Strategic Human Resources Planning in an organisation.
