In a world where Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are increasingly present in people's daily lives, new forms of labour relations and education, among other examples, are being established. People, environments and intelligence itself are directly and indirectly influenced by the technological metamorphosis of the various devices that exist today. Through a case study, this research aims to identify and analyse how innovation in educational practices is managed through the use of ICTs in a public school. The central questions of this research basically involve the three themes: innovation management, information and communication technologies and, finally, the basis of the work, education. This research proposal is due to the need for discussion about the management of technological innovation in the educational field, an invitation to readers to debate a subject often dealt with by the competent authorities, educational institutions and teaching professionals.
