The study of the problems of formation of defense consciousness of young people in Tajikistan is demanded by the presence of the world crisis, the outbreak of various forms of conflicts and wars, which actualize the conduct of new research in this area. Der Leiter der Abteilung des Höheren Grenzinstituts Usmonov Sayfullobek Hodjaevich, wurde am 15.04.1971 geboren. Im Jahr 1994 absolvierte er das Militärinstitut der Republik Kasachstan. Spezialist für Lebenserhaltung sowie zertifiziert auf dem Gebiet der Gebirgsausbildung und des Unterrichts für Erwachsene. Verheiratet. Zieht fünf Kinder auf. Liebt den Sport.
