Discover your family's secrets, be faithful to your ancestors and choose your own life. We all inherit a host of family complications made up of stories, dramas and unresolved grief. When we were children, our grandparents or parents, in an attempt to protect us, did not tell us about these traumatic experiences. So they left behind a monstrous burden that we stumble over and constantly hurt ourselves. In this little practical guide, the creator of psychogenealogy summarises the five concepts that we should all know about our past, and offers advice on how to choose the right material to create your psychogenealogical tree, clearing away the weeds of the family past, asking the right questions and reading the right books. She also explains how to avoid falling into errors and deceptions and helps you build your genosociogram, so that you can feel the impact of your ancestors' history at a glance.
