Your relevance is fading. Your future is unwritten. Will you evolve and lead ... or will your business disappear? The choice is yours - will you become ambidextrous?

The 21st century has seen many changes in how we live, shop, work, and communicate. To stay on top of these changes, we have had to adapt, learn, and reconsider traditional strategies, especially in the business world. Those companies that did not embrace new technologies or methods collapsed ... think Blockbuster Video, Kodak, and Blackberry.
So, how do business leaders successfully navigate future challenges within their industry?

In Becoming Ambidextrous: A leader's guide to winning the day and thriving in the future, author, Adrian Brown, shares his wealth of knowledge earned from more than 35 years of working in the automotive industry through a refreshing mix of fiction and non-fiction storytelling. Its engaging narrative is a behind-the-scenes look at the demands of running a business in our modern world. Supported by analogies, examples and quoted material, it explains the importance of ambidextrous leadership-remaining innovative by exploring new opportunities for long-term success while maintaining excellence in day-to-day operations.

Building resilience to change involves leading with energy and purpose; creating a work culture where staff are empowered and committed to excellence in performance; and where the customer experience is key. Business owners and managers in any industry will benefit from the lessons presented in this guide. The author hopes that readers will embrace the viewpoint that change is not the enemy but their greatest ally.
