She holds a Ph.D. in philosophy. Her main interest is how individuals and social systems develop and how to increase the capability to change. As a Managing Director of CONTUR she developed CONTUR as a shareholder from the very beginning. Experiences in various HR Function incl. VP/HR Role or HR Director in different companies enriched her professional background. Her passion topic is Change & Transformation.
