About the author
Eric Chaconas is a physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach, fellowship trained in orthopedic manual physical therapy with 20 years of experience helping individuals recover from musculoskeletal pain and injury. Dr. Chaconas serves as the Associate Dean of Physical Therapy at Bellin College, in Green Bay Wisconsin. His teaching and research interests include topics related to musculoskeletal rehabilitation and exercise prescription.
Dr. Matthew Daugherty is a physical therapist residing in St. Augustine, FL. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapists and an orthopedic-certified specialist. He serves as an Associate Professor and the Director of Residency Programs at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He maintains clinical practice and an active scholarly agenda, and he values service to his profession through leadership opportunities.
