Weltliteratur im Original
Follow young Catherine Morland, a spirited and imaginative heroine, as she navigates her first taste of society in Bath. Enthralled by Gothic novels, Catherine's vivid imagination leads her to misinterpret events at the mysterious Northanger Abbey. Austen blends humour, romance, and sharp social critique in this charming tale of growing up, self-discovery, and the dangers of letting fantasy cloud reality. A delightful read and a witty satire of Gothic novels. - Mit einem Nachwort von Constanze Wilken.
