About the author

Dr. Pankaj Sharma is the Head of Department at ShriRam Group of Colleges, Gwalior, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics and H.O.D. of ShriRam College of Pharmacy, Morena, M.P., India. He has 11 years in teaching and research. His research interests include development of transdermal preparations, nanoemulsions, tablets, and other carrier mediated systems for effective delivery of drugs. He is actively involved in formulating nanocarrier for effective delivery of drugs for treatment of diseases. He has received many awards; a few that stand out are the Young Scientist Award from the Indian Pharmaceutical Education Society, the Fellowship from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, as well as several prizes for the best conference papers presented. Dr. Sharma is an invited speaker, has published dozens of papers and several book chapters. He has expertise in laboratory development for Pharmaceutics, analytical chemistry, microbiology and biotechnology.
Dr. Vinay Jain is a highly accomplished academic and administrative professional, currently serving as the Principal of ShriRam College of Pharmacy. He holds an M. Pharm and Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy, and has amassed 20 years of experience in teaching and administration. He has made significant contributions to the field through his research and publications, including peer-reviewed articles, edited and indexed books, and guidance for over 32 research scholars. Dr. Jain serves as Co-convener of the Indo-Caribbean conference and Organizing Secretary of the national conference on “The Future Prospect in Pharma-Marketing,” has filed 2 patents and published 50+ papers in international and national journals. In recognition of his excellence, Dr. Jain has received various awards and honors. His recent achievements include Best Principal award in 2022 by INSC publishers and Pharma Rising Star Award in 2022.
