About the author










Narendra's association with tribal communities commenced in 1980 when he began living in the Abujhmad region of Bastar under a field-research programme of the United Nations University and the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies. He is the author of Bastar Dispatches: A Passage Through the Wilds.
