About the author










is an international legal scholar with expertise in human rights, artificial intelligence and migration law and policy. She holds a doctorate in law from the University of Pretoria and also has a Masters in law from the Harvard Law School. She has taught extensively on AI governance to policymakers in Africa and currently leads a chapter of the International Law Association on Artificial Intelligence, New Technologies and International Law.
