Abogado, egresado de la Escuela Libre de Derecho. Ha ejercido como abogado postulante. Fue director jurídico y general adjunto de Grupo Industrial Trébol; y consejero y secretario de los consejos de, aproximadamente cincuenta empresas. Su ópera prima es Toma de Control.
