About the author

Elli Louka is the founder of Law-in-Action based in Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Louka has been a Marie Curie Fellow, a Ford Foundation Fellow and a Senior Fellow at the Orville Schell Center at Yale Law School. Other publications include: The Global Economic Order: The International Law and Politics of the Financial and Monetary System (2020); Nuclear Weapons, Justice and the Law (2011); Water Law and Policy: Governance without Frontiers (2008).
