Temperature Development in Early Age Concrete Elements - Fundamentals, Prediction and Control

English · Hardback

Will be released 23.09.2025

Description

This shows how to predict time-temperature profiles in large concrete elements, resulting from the heat generated by the hydration of cement during the early stages of concrete construction. It sets out the evolution and flow of heat with finite-difference modelling, together with a number of case-studies.
