This book is an intimate and passionate journey through the bars and taverns that have shaped the soul of the city. From the historic charm of Taberna Las Escobas, founded in the 14th century, to the unmistakable flavors of Bar Taquilla, where whiskey sirloin is almost an institution, each page opens a window to the most authentic Seville. This is not just a simple catalog of establishments, but a homage to places where time seems to stand still, conversations flow like wine and the walls are witness to anecdotes that have been passed down from generation to generation. It is a journey through the history, customs and atmosphere that can be felt in these unique corners, where each bar and each tapa hide a piece of Sevillian life. Here you will find the stories of bars such as Casa Moreno, an oasis of tranquility and good taste hidden behind an arch on Gamazo Street, or Bar Candelaria, where the passion of the brotherhoods mixes with the unmistakable aroma of traditional tapas. Through these stories, you will discover how these places not only nourish the body, but also the spirit, becoming epicenters of encounters, memories and emotions. A tribute to the life, art and stories that are breathed between tapas and gatherings. This book is for those who know that, in Seville, each tavern tells much more than what its menu offers.
