Teacher training for the introduction of ICT in primary schools - Technology and education

This book discusses the initial training of teachers in undergraduate programmes for the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT). To build this book, we used studies by Kenski (2012), who discusses the potential of technologies in society and education, Marinho (2008) and Lopes (2015), who deal with teacher training for the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT), and Valente (1999), who discusses approaches to computer use. The work is bibliographical in nature and provides evidence of possibilities; however, this training is glimpsed, allowing it to go beyond what is presented here.

About the author

She has a full degree in pedagogy from UFG. Experience in promoting learning for students in nursery and primary education, coordinating teaching that favours the inclusion of students in the world of culture, science, art and work, contributing to improvements in the quality of teaching and learning processes.
