About the author

Chris Riley lives near Sacramento, California, vowing one day to move back to the Pacific Northwest. He is the author of over 100 short stories and essays and four novels. A member of the International Thriller Writers, he is currently working on the next Sam Nolan adventure. By day, Chris teaches special education. He has earned multiple black belts, but as an admitted scatterbrain, Chris has way too many other hobbies, mastering few of them. The list includes, but is not limited to: reading, writing, swimming, video games, listening to music, teaching himself to play piano and speak Spanish, playing Dungeons & Dragons, painting miniatures, listening to podcasts, and spending time with his family. Find him on social media as he loves to hear from his fans.
