Gary MacDermid was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, and enlisted in the United States Navy directly after graduating high school. Gary earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and was accepted into the Navy's prestigious nuclear power program. As a commissioned Naval Officer, he navigated warships through some of the most dangerous passages in the world. After retiring from the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander, Gary worked as a licensed Professional Engineer, performing design and analysis for nuclear power plants across the country. Then, founding USA Private Equities, he made the transition from electrical engineer to cash flow engineer and realized his goal of professional independence as he manages an investment portfolio designed to provide home ownership opportunities to those in need. He is living his dreams as a keynote speaker, motivating people worldwide to set and achieve high-reaching goals. He resides in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
