About the author










Amanda Wood was the founding Editor and Publisher of Templar for more than 30 years. In her time there, she published and nurtured numerous Greenaway winners and edited and created groundbreaking series such as The Ologies, which has sold over 19 million-copies worldwide. Today she writes and runs her own small press from her home in Surrey.

Jo Rioux is an author, illustrator and life-long space cadet who flies by the seat of her rocket pants. Since graduating Sheridan College in illustration, she has illustrated picture books and novels, but her favourite medium remains comics. Jo's debut graphic novel Cat's Cradle went on to win the 2012 Joe Shuster award for best comic for kids and has recently been picked up for re-release by First Second Books. Jo lives in the tiny village of Carp, Canada.
