In addressing the theme of Playfulness and Learning, this book seeks to identify whether aspects related to the family's lack of understanding of the importance of play interfere with practical lessons using playful activities in the learning process. The qualitative approach guided the methodological procedures of this book, based on a case study of nursery classes in a school in the municipality of Porto Seguro, in the state of Bahia, Brazil. Although it is known that playfulness linked to learning provides diverse knowledge, parents still demand a lot of written activities and teachers, feeling insecure, sometimes dispense with play and add content-based and uninteresting proposals. The author invites you to a delightful reading so that you understand that, in the silence of a child playing, lies the profusion of feelings of a lifetime. This book is aimed at education and mental health professionals who want to understand human behavior through play. Happy reading!
