Congolese economic law

Economic law is a new subject among many others. At the heart of economic law are two concepts that debate the basis, and also prove each other two ideologies that share its genesis.Two ideologies: on the one hand, the socialists with their planned economy, on the other hand, liberalism with its market economy, but also the profound changes that have marked its course over time. For some, economic law is a law of decentralised (socialist) planning, for others, it is a law of the market economy.
