I present this compendium of information as a wealth of knowledge that drives me to share various topics related to Neuroscience in education, from an innovative perspective. This approach allows us to explore the unknown and, through it, to acquire a deeper knowledge about ourselves, fostering discernment and understanding. In this sense, it is crucial to know how our brain works from its conception, and with this, to reorganize and apply new habits through educational and personal strategies that lead us to a life with purpose and vision. This volume is the first installment of a trilogy dedicated to the study of one of the most important organs of the human body: "the brain". The goal is to understand its parts and elements, and how they influence the development of individuals. As an author, my mission is to make my knowledge available to the reader to generate greater awareness about the care of our body and mind, as well as to promote a new lifestyle hand in hand with education.
