About the author
Raynette Mitchell is an Australian author of contemporary literary fiction who enjoys writing about the complexities of the human condition, and how people handle life situations in good times and in bad. After countless re-writes and edits, she completed her first book. Her second novel followed quickly so she decided to make it a series of three, under the series name "Secrets Have Consequences". The second and third books in the series will be released in 2025. Some of her favourite authors are Marian Keyes, Jodi Picoult, and Joy Dettman. However, she also enjoys reading classics by some of the renowned authors of our time - Winston Graham, John Irving, Ken Follett, John O'Hara, Guy Bellamy. When she's not writing, Raynette thinks about writing, talks about writing, discusses writing with other authors, and sometimes occasionally even spends a bit of time gardening. Her husband has been a great help in all these endeavours, especially the gardening.
