Gayubova Komila Anvarovna was born in 1970 in Tashkent. In 1987-1992 he studied at Tashkent State University, Faculty of Uzbek philology. He started his career at high school No. 70. Then from 2005 he continued at the Department of Uzbek and Russian languages of Tashkent University of Information Technology.
