About the author

Prof. Dr. Daniel R.A. Schallmo is an economist, management consultant, lecturer, and author. He is a professor at the Ulm University of Applied Science and is director of the Private Institute for Business Model Innovation. 
Prof. Dr. Leo Brecht is the Chairman of the Institute of Technology and Process Management at the University of Ulm and Titular Professor at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. 
Bujar Ramosaj (M. Sc.) is a research assistant at the Institute of Technology and Process Management at the University of Ulm.
