About the author










Rebecca J. Jones is a Professor of Coaching and Behaviour Change, and the Director of the Henley Centre for Coaching at Henley Business School, UK, where she leads the coaching faculty who are responsible for teaching the next generation of coaching practitioners. She is a chartered psychologist and co-founder of the Inclusive Leadership Company.
Holly Andrews has worked in academia for more than 15 years and is an Associate Professor in Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, UK. She is Programme Director for the Henley MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, which provides some of the most in-depth coach education in the world.
