Ninad Tipnis is the Founder & Principal Architect of JTCPL Designs. A graduate of the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai, he has gained recognition for his creative leadership, deep industry insights, and numerous awards. Since 2002, his firm has specialised in transforming institutional and corporate spaces, both nationally and internationally. Ninad currently resides in Dubai with his wife.
