In the healthcare field, constant updating of knowledge is essential to ensure quality care and effective professional practice. The aim of this project was to assess the level of knowledge updating among nurses, emphasizing the importance of continuing education in a constantly evolving medical context. Indeed, our study was of a descriptive transverse type based on the quantitative approach, the aim of which was to describe the level of knowledge updating among nurses in the Hedi Chaker University Hospital in Sfax, Tunisia. The aim of this study was to improve the quality of health care. We were able to conclude after the present study that each nurse has different needs, learning styles and time constraints, so proposing a variety of tools and methods can help meet these diverse needs to find a balance between these tools to ensure effective and continuous updating of their knowledge.
