Nouveaux s-Triazinyl Thiourées par des réactions de couplage catalysées par le Cu

Ce livre décrit la synthèse de quelques nouveaux congénères de la thiourée s-triazinyl dotés de divers motifs d'amine aromatique et de pipérazine via un couplage efficace et durable catalysé par le cuivre. Le développement d'une méthode optimisée pour la synthèse de nombreux motifs hétérocycliques reste un défi. Nous avons développé une technique efficace pour synthétiser des dérivés de thiourée en utilisant le cuivre comme catalyseur afin de préparer des agents antimicrobiens efficaces. Tous les échafaudages nouvellement préparés ont été entièrement caractérisés et évalués pour leur activité antibactérienne, antifongique et antituberculeuse in vitro.
