Bridget Salmon was formerly the archivist at J. Sainsbury PLC and author of their 125th anniversary publication, The Best Butter in the World: A History of Sainsburys (1994).

Andrew Godley is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Sussex Business School.
