This book provides a comprehensive overview of the issues that founders of startups regularly face. The business models of startups typically exhibit significant growth and scaling potential and often target digital markets. The trade-off between low initial capital and early expansion of business activities requires venture capital or other sources of funding.
In addition to presenting the various legal questions that arise-from choosing an appropriate legal structure at the outset of a startup to issues affecting a wide range of business operations-the book also contains extensive information on financing options for startups. Additionally, it includes concrete suggestions for business regulations and other important documents.
As a comprehensive guide, the book offers valuable insights into legal matters that (not only) founders of startups should consider.
