People, in general, want to be gainfully employed. Employers not only have the responsibility to fill vacant positions in their companies, but also to select the best candidates for the jobs advertised. This book is a personal, first-hand account of the author of experiences faced between 2017 and 2020, experiences about job application and job rejection. The author presents numerous first-hand accounts and experiences with one principal employer, accounts and experiences which have left an indelibly bitter taste in his mouth. The objective of the retelling of these experiences is to reveal the kind of dastard, debasing, dehumanising, distasteful, disrespectful, despicable, and disgusting treatment which (highly qualified) applicants oftentimes receive from employers. This book serves as a means of support for those individuals who have had to endure similar situations. This book serves as a condemnation of, and a stern warning to, employers who take job applicants/potential employees for granted. The author fervently hopes that employers would permanently avoid these types of situations and behaviours which could cause severe, irreparable damage to applicants/potential employees.
