Access to information and communication has changed a lot over time thanks to technological advances. The Internet is largely responsible for a number of changes in information consumption, and with it a number of electronic devices have emerged. Nowadays it's common to find a person recording a moment in a photo or video, recording a voice message, sending documents to work and even playing a game with just a smartphone, and we can't talk about technology without mentioning video games. Today, with just a few taps, we can access a large amount of information, entertain ourselves and communicate from any distance. Since this technology is accessible to the population, why not learn music using Apps for Tablets and Smartphones? The technologies in force in society can contribute to the process of teaching and learning music by bringing musical content closer to the tools students use every day.
