About the author










Pamela Hill is an environmental lawyer with more than thirty years of experience at the US Environmental Protection Agency, where she was involved in all major environmental statutes. She has taught environmental law at Boston University School of Law since 1995, as well as at Northeastern School of Law, and has lectured widely. Her previous publications include Environmental Protection: What Everyone Needs to Know®.
