To highlight the importance of the process of teaching scientific disciplines in the system of learning and acquisition of knowledge, I began by studying, from a didactic point of view, a few subjects such as the epistemology of zootechnics and the domestication of animals. The aim is to be able to transmit scholarly knowledge to a skill through knowledge to be taught and knowledge taught. Hence the importance of clear, appropriate didactic transposition. Indeed, Helmer (1992) has proposed the following definition: "domestication is the control of an animal population by isolation of the herd with loss of panmixy, suppression of natural selection and application of artificial selection based on particular traits, either behavioral or structural. Living animals become the property of the human group and are entirely dependent on man".
