To help ease their pain, she has created The Natalie Garay Methode, a proven holistic practice for women of all body types specializing in pelvic floor, C-section, and diastasis recti rehabilitation. Prior to opening her own Pilates studio, Natalie worked in physical therapy clinics providing postoperative care. She specializes in mindfulness practices and education about energetics to give clients a complete mind-body-soul experience. She holds a BA in dance and is becoming a naturopathic doctor.
