The equal inclusion of women in the world of work is still an objective to be achieved today, given that the labour market still follows sexist patterns of job division, creating obstacles to women's access to the world of work, as well as their maintenance. Inspired by this idea, the aim of this study is to find out how some women were included in jobs available to men in the Rio Grande shipbuilding industry, since the inclusion of women in this productive circle is a new empirical fact that needs to be investigated in order to quantify and, above all, qualify it.
