The book focuses on the strategic visions of social entrepreneurs and their business models. This subject is approached from an angle rooted in the fields of management research, health and social sector management, and psychological and sociological needs. The project addresses a series of research elements: an exploration of four theoretical fields or currents: resource theory, the strategic intention approach, the school of social innovation and the school of social enterprise. We have tried to connect the strategic vision of the social entrepreneur to the business model and to the currents and theories leading to the concrete emergence of the entrepreneurial phenomenon of social enterprise.
