Autobiography - Lessons From My Life

In this autobiographical account, I describe my life journey, approaching solitude as a philosophy of freedom. Raised by my grandmother Maria Augusta and supported by my uncle Nelson Capaina, I faced challenges that built my personality. This book addresses the role of survival and serves as a testimony to the difficulties that have driven me over the years. By sharing my story, I hope to shed light on the dark corners of loneliness and inspire reflections on our own challenges, emphasizing that shared experiences and solidarity are essential for building a promising future.

About the author

Tubias Capaina has a degree in Anthropology and training in Plastic Arts from the Bindarte school, Psychopedagogy from the Catholic University of Mozambique, Business Plans and Netwhorking from the Polytechnic University and Human Resources Management from the Eduardo Mondiane University.He is a university lecturer and researcher.
