About the author

Born in Kenya, Susan Omondi came to Germany in 1997. After studying business administration and completing her Master's degree in Business Information Technology, she worked for several years as a quality manager, project manager and lead auditor at well-known companies in Switzerland. At the moment she is lead assessor and offers services such as project management, training, diversity and ethics in technology as well as the digitalization of processes.

As a non-native, Susan partly experienced rejection when looking for a job and an apartment - so she had no choice but to work on herself. She realized that true success and strength come from within. She believes that every person can create something great - if they leave blame behind. For Susan, this means taking responsibility for herself and thereby gaining more influence.Born in Austria, she completed a double degree in business administration as well as coaching, personnel and organizational development in Vienna. Creating connections with people is her passion. She has been living this passion in the sales sector for over fifteen years. She has held positions with sales responsibility of up to over forty million euros.

She moved to Switzerland in 2016 and initially had hardly any contacts. Today, seven years later, she has a solid and personal network in a country whose inhabitants are considered reserved.

She consciously follows her heart and joy. Her motto in life is "Home is where your heart is". She is convinced that everything begins within ourselves in order to be successful and live true power. Her determination to take full responsibility for herself has changed her life significantly. She positively infects other people with her zest for life and energy. An inner radiance that spreads from person to person.
