WWW: The Collected Wonderful Words of Windy is a collection of Windy Dryden's 'wise words' and encapsulations of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) drawn from previous publications. It also contains, for the first time, a number of 'little gems' said by Windy Dryden during therapy demonstrations with volunteers, designed to help them deal with their nominated issues in ways that might be considered memorable. In addition to being comprehensive, this book is more logically organised than my previous publications in this genre and is divided into thirty-one parts.

About the author

Windy Dryden is an Emeritus Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths University of London and is in part-time independent practice. His interests are in REBT, single-session therapy and very brief interventions and promoting self-help.Professor Dryden has written or edited over 280 books.
