About the author

Stacy-Ann Elvy is a Professor of Law and Martin Luther King, Jr. Hall Research Scholar at the University of California, Davis School of Law. Her research focuses on 'the commercial law of privacy' and its relationship to emerging technology, and human rights law.Nancy S. Kim is the inaugural Michael Paul Galvin Chair in Entrepreneurship and Applied Legal Technology at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. Professor Kim is a leading international expert on contracts, terms of service, and emerging legal issues created by technology, and she has written extensively on these topics.
