Dr. P. SUBBA RAO is the Director(I/C) for Center for Study of Social Inclusion, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and has published more than 22 books on socio-economic issues like social inclusive policies, poverty and development. His research interests are centered on the welfare and development of marginalized communities, and their empowerment.
