About the author
Robert C. Bird is a professor of business law and the Eversource Energy Chair in Business Ethics at the University of Connecticut. He has authored over eighty publications, received numerous research and teaching awards, and served as the editor-in-chief of the American Business Law Journal and president of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, the international disciplinary organization for law teachers in schools of business.
